Reply on your question: The ice cream was not blended and the coffee you sprinkled on the top was not blended too. Also you never apologized and started abusing, the customer started the video.. prior to that she didn't even start that and did not even take the money back. You should always talk sofly to any customer as you are giving services to public.

Recently got a very bad feedback against you guys, through social media that a customer bought a glass of cold coffee from your shop, but at the last sip the customer found a WORM inside the glass. Then the customer complained about it to the shopkeeper, but they behaved extremely rude and very bad. Don't you think that it can hamper your daily sales and atleast you should give customer satisfaction to continue...

Very harrassing place ..served a milkshake with insect in it...and after complaint started abusing a lady...very unfair behaviour...rude staff.. and should be complained for action...
