First and foremost the receptionist has the wrong tone on answering the phone forgetting that he's talking to a customer and not a childhood friend, Secondly the advertisement and marketing gimmicks used to portray the images of the cakes are very misleading, Thirdly the price is not equivalent to the proportion of the product and Fourthly I ordered a Newyork Cheese Cake with an additional strawberry topping which came at an additional cost and do keep in mind the cake size mentioned was 2lb's which should serve approximately 7-8 pax. I was shocked when i opened the box the bloody box was bigger than the cake and the cake looked more like a 400 gram cake... So all in all a bitter experience and i won't be returning back again. A word of wisdom to the owner your metrics are totally off kos your ripping the customers off and will lose customer retention.

P.S. People there are better spots to get cheesecakes or cakes in general at a pocket friendly price and leaving you with an tasteful...

I had placed an order for a blueberry cheesecake on 4th August for delivery on the 6th, and even paid 50% in advance. I was told to remind them a day before, but as a customer who has already booked and paid, I don’t think it’s my job to send reminders.
