I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to the Hard Rock Cafe, located within Park Mansions. While my dining experience at the Hard Rock Cafe was satisfactory, the encounter I had outside the building has left me deeply unsettled.

After enjoying a meal with a friend, we decided to capture a few photographs outside the building. However, our attempt was abruptly halted by a female security guard who approached us in a rather rude manner, stating that we couldn't take pictures in the vicinity.

I politely informed her that I was a customer of the Hard Rock Cafe, to which she reluctantly permitted us to proceed with our photography. What perplexed me was the lack of any signage either outside or inside the building indicating that photography was prohibited. Despite this, the security guard displayed audacity in restricting our actions.

When I questioned her about this discrepancy, she responded dismissively, suggesting that such rules were implied and not necessarily written down. This explanation was not only unsatisfactory but also reflected poorly on the professionalism of the security staff.

Furthermore, her response to my assertion of legal understanding was both condescending and unwarranted. As a person with a legal background, I am well aware of the importance of clearly defined rules and regulations, especially in public spaces.

I strongly urge the management of Park Mansions to thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate action. Customers should not be subjected to arbitrary enforcement of rules, particularly when there is no clear indication of such restrictions.
