Disappointing Service Experience at ACS Chinese Flavour, Rude Waiter and Lack of Management Support.
I recently visited ACS restaurant with a group of friends on last Sunday, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a highly disappointing experience.
The main issue we encountered was the appalling behavior of one particular waiter, who displayed a complete lack of manners and failed to communicate with us respectfully. Moreover, the absence of any effort from the managers and other staff to address the situation further added to our frustration. Regrettably, based on this experience, I have decided not to visit ACS again.
From the moment we were seated, it was evident that the waiter assigned to our table had no understanding of how to treat customers courteously. His attitude was disrespectful, and he lacked basic communication skills. His tone was rude and condescending, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It is essential for any establishment, especially a restaurant, to prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that their staff is trained to provide a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, ACS failed miserably in this aspect.
What added insult to injury was the complete lack of support from the managers and other staff members. Despite witnessing the waiter's inappropriate behavior towards us, nobody intervened or even bothered to inquire about what had happened. This disregard for customer complaints reflects a serious flaw in the restaurant's management and staff training. It seems that customer satisfaction is not a priority for ACS, as they showed no interest in rectifying the situation or addressing our concerns.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and respect when visiting a restaurant. It is disheartening to encounter such a negative experience, particularly when dining with friends and expecting an enjoyable outing. ACS not only failed to meet these expectations but also neglected their responsibility to maintain a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for their guests.
Based on this visit, I cannot recommend ACS to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience. But after a year and half they had spoiled the quality and they didn't even bother about the hygiene. Since then we stopped taking parcels from there. Recently I heard from few people that they have re-opened their outlet on a large scale and they have started paying attention toward the quality and the food hygiene. Nevertheless, I settled on the fact that I would be ordering and giving special instructions how my food should be prepared. They had followed my instructions. The noodles and baby corn were not too oily. It was just perfect as it should have been. The food was medium spicy just bearable by people who love spicy food. The baby corn was cooked properly. Crispy and spicy as it should have been. The noodles were cooked properly and the vegetables and chicken used were fresh. Overall the food was way better than what had eaten 10 years ago. The quality and quantity has appreciated over time. But the PACKAGING of the food is one flaw which needs to be worked on. Read moreI visited this place today around 12:25pm and the owner or whoever it was said that it’s still not open, as it was clearly opened and all the waiters and all were present, he asked us to wait so we asked whether we could go inside and sit or not, he gave an excuse that the cleaning is still not done, so we left and came back after an hour exactly around 1:20, he was still rude to us saying the cooks have just come and that he can’t ask them to work, they will take their own time nas do the work, whenever they feel like, it was really hot, so we asked him again if we would sit inside the restaurant and he refused yet again, the behavior of the owner or whoever it was who was in the counter was very bad, and it was humiliating, this is not the first time that this has happened, many times earlier too he behaved the same way and we ignored it thinking it was probably because of the crowd that he’s frustrated. But today morning it was empty and we were the first customers. So if you want to be humiliated please go. It was a very unsatisfactory experience from my end.
