The most important aspect to me is the staff behaviour who all are working there rather than the food ,the manager denies the consumer's request then what will the other employees working there in a lower field would do ,we ordered our food and were waiting for our pizza ,it hardly take 15-20 mins to prepare but we got our pizza after half an hour ,on the screen which is available at the store my name was popping up and the status was that first it was preparing for 5 mins then it was in the oven after 5 mins and then after 5 mins it was showing order ready but we didn't receive our pizza,we received our pizza after 15 mins (when it was showing its ready ) , either you update your website or don't take orders if you can't reach out to the customer on time ,the staffs were only busy in taking the orders they were least concerned about the existing orders ,after 15mins of constant req and shouting we got our pizzas ,the manager had the worst behaviour,when he came up to me as because I was complaining,he came asked my problem and when i was telling him he went away staight away ignoring me and he was rude Kindly look after your service Domino's If you can't deliver pizza on time then don't take orders ,and if you can't properly recruit whom to keep on your store then...
Read moreOn 29th Aug'25 which I placed a order through Dominos app and it was paid online, firstly the delivery guy named Mangaldip sahoo called and said that the location is wrong (whereas infinite orders had been delivered at same location in past 10 years) and the delivery will take time and upon reaching my place the pizza box was damaged (photos attached) and upon refusing to accept the delivery since pizza was box was damaged, he took back the entire order without any apology or replacement assurance and also misbehaved by saying if you want it come and pick up from store. He even refused to come up to 3rd Floor (as per the mentioned address). The delivery guy vehicle also did not had a proper food carrier box (Photo attached). the food was kept in bike where generally riders keep their feet. Had a pathetic experience ordering online and paying it before delivery. Strict actions should be taken against the delivery guy and also the store that do not have properly equipped vehicles for delivery. And that customers have to visit the store to get their order even after placing a home...

Cancelled my order twice because of an app glitch and then the Manager named Sampurna or Shamina has no manners to talk to someone, She wouldn't even transfer the call to another outlet to help us out because the app was unable to get us to the other outlet and Then she says I can't help you out with it. On top of that Even after me correcting her twice that I am a female, understanding that people might now understand by someones voice at times, she kept addressing me as "sir" and when tried correcting her the 3rd time she says that you sound like a man so I am addressing you as sir. I mean this feels so humiliating she literally tried to degrade me where I wasn't even in fault. I don't understand when does customer service started harrassing the customers.
