Visited this outlet of Domino's Pizza today, 18th May 2024, I visited this outlet last year for once, both of the time I liked the place. This outlet is inside of Lake Mall (Food Court, 4th Floor), food here is good. I have taken "The Four Course Lunch Meal" non veg one today, which included A Chicken Sausage Pizza, Veggie Bites, A Tomato Dip & a Pepsi Pet bottle, I add on a Choco Bomb also, price of that was 20rs., this meal costed me around 125rs.(With Taxes), there is nothing to mention about Pizza's of Domino's it's as always very good at taste & the veggie bite with the dip tased well also, now talking about the atmosphere it's again a thing which is not to mention cause as I said it's located inside the Mall food court so you will get an atmosphere like a mall's food court nothing much, the staffs behaviour was not bad but they were in too much hurry that they were not giving time to decide the order, the outlet was not even crowded that time, so I don't know what was there to decide the order quickly.... Quite disappointed with that point. Otherwise everything was totally fine. (Honest Review: It's recommend to Visit, but, if they do very hurry then it would be problematic...

On 29th may,I visited Domino's in Lake mall..I ordered a regular size pizza and for this I've paid via online (PAYTM) and money deducted from my account... They send me the link for payment through paytm... But after deduction of my money, they told me that they didn't received my payment.. That's why again I paid by cash.... For 1 order I paid two times... They told me after 24 hours I will get that refund... But I didn't get back my deducted money... I have submitted my bank statement to them.... Because they informed me that they will inform to the head office by mail with this bank statement and after 7 days they will do something... Today is day no. 7...they don't receive my phone calls... And I don't understand why they are taking so much time.....Even my bank and paytm company give me the details that in which account my money transferred and after getting this information I told them but still now they don't take any actions and don't response also....

My experience today was very bad and store staff are very spacially the dark tonned skinny lady and your store manager. Your card machine is not working, ur UPI is not working, if i give cash u don't have chage for what purpose u have keppt the store open. Do you think its the cuatomer fault or your fault. Its ur responsibility to keep these things operational.

Also this is rude and the store team very unpologetic. My child who was long for that pizza had to go back un happy. Will not be coming to these store again.

Jubiliant food works should train their staff on this soft skills on how to manage these things. The attitude was like they don't care what happens . Its never customers job to keep things available for you.

Very bad things when ur working servuce industry. Will not be going to this dominos store again on my next visit to dominos.

Also one thing when i asked a senior phone number then he said he will not give and i want to comolaint i can complian. Pathetic response from brand...
