The food is good. But the big black mark against them is the working conditions they provide for their cooks - it’s borderline human rights abuse. It’s a tiny pigeon hole at the attic with minimal ventilation. And people have to sit there and cook for hours in front of a burning fire. Earnestly wish the owner would display a bit more humanity. The food is good, tasty. Their kachori, vada, dhokla, dahi vada, lassi are excellent. One can mix and match the order as per his/her choice. Suppose you can try vada with the curry or daal whichever is available; or try dhokla with curry.... enjoy the food...
