The Tasty Bites - A Unit of M/S Cohort — Restaurant in Kolkata

Located at Bokultata, I have been eating here for quite a long time, last night we ordered food from here.

Following are the dishes we are ordered.

1. Chicken Fried Rice: The quantity here has never been a problem but the taste was very bland, the chicken used was very chewy.

2. Chilli chicken Gravvy: I felt the gravy which was provided was very less given they are giving 8 pcs.

3. Chicken Hakka Noodles: The noodles were good to taste wise but the same issue with the chicken.

4. Dragon Chicken: It was horrible, the dish isn't called dragon chicken and excessive usage of veggies for no reason

5. Crispy Chilli Babycorn: Babycorn wasn't cooked well neither it was crispy.

I am highly disappointed with this outlet as how they have downgraded over the years, I used to eat from this outlet very often, I hope they up their quality and fix the mistakes they have...

This review is not about the taste, they really makes tasty foods as the name suggest. Aside, they are commited to provide a service which makes the "Wow" factor. I ordered a dragon chopsuey and somehow the quantity of the fried noodles were less(the gravy portion was adequate). I just informed them about the quantity of the noodles and they came at my home to deliver some more noodles around 11 pm. I must say that night not only I got an amazing experience but also I realized their vision towards customer service. Kudos to the service....

Never come to this shop. The food quality is awful. They change their menu everyday. The owner's behaviour is like he will through the food on his customer's face. Nobody can afford to handle his/her own respect to put it down. Please I request...if you cross the road and go to treats and you get far better food and great behaviour. Only idiot and worthless and cheap people give this place a 5 star and I can see 9 cheap people calling this place good. Straight...
