The taste is still there in my mouth even though i have not been there last two years. three things that you must have here: 1. the beef champ [pronounced chaap with a nasal tone] it comes from the English word chops and is related to the anatomical source of the meat. its a divinely stir fried recipe [which i dont know] 2. beef rezalla - a kind of beef stew [again spiced by the gods] served with soft tandoori roti.
