Wonderful!||It's right in the middle, with easy access to anywhere, and public transport available easily. Uber, Autos, Taxis - are there.||||When i booked this hotel, we were going to arrive at 7am, and leave the next morning at 3am.||So, i wasn't sure if i should book this hotel, as most hotels charge me for 2 days. ||But i took the risk - and i am glad i did.||||When i called the hotel to confirm my arrival and requested if there is a possibility of early check-in, the person i spoke to was so welcoming and he said, "No problem, please come .. i will not charge you extra"||And true enough, when i arrived at the hotel, the person at the reception was kind enough to check me in.||It was wonderful.||Wi-fi was good. ||||Definitely would stay again there, as i usually arrive in the morning, and then leave later in the evening. ||||If only all hotels display such hospitable nature, rather than trying to rip us off while travelling.||||Well done hotel management!! 5-stars and thumbs up!!||||For early departure, they said i can book UBER, as it will be cheaper, and if i don't get that morning, they said they will arrange for a taxi/cab to take us to the airport. ||Out of this...
Read moreThe hotel was booked by me through the Oyo App. At first sight, it seemed the wrong choice. The location is terrible, by the side of a flyover making access an issue. Once inside, the staff at reception is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious enough. It is clean as is the washroom and linen. The AC works as does the TV. Complimentary breakfast is passable, there is a restaurant that has limited options. Not much options close by, one may need to depend on food delivery apps. Service needs improvement. Laundry service was advertised but on ordering I was told that Sunday is off for laundry. When there was a substantial delay in room service, reception apologized and said that on Sundays many of the staff took leave without informing. I wasn't allowed to boil water in kitchen, nor was I provided boiled water because the kitchen services were closed
No late check-out option, they directly ask you to pay 30% of the room rate
Rooms are dingy and shady, smell of mold and cigarette, upon asking for a room freshener I was told that the smell will not go away and i will have to live with it
Bathrooms are small and dirty, pillows and mattresses are very thin and you don't get an option to change those
Windows are broken, you can't lock them, so is the iron grill placed on top of the windows. If someone would want to break in to the hotel or room, that's the easiest option
All in all a very bad experience, wouldn't recommend going...
