I am writing to file a formal complaint about the order token number 2855 appalling experience my family and I had today at your KFC outlet inside Sealdah Railway Station. This is not just poor service; it's a serious health and safety violation that caused immense distress. First, your representative, due to a simple miscommunication, attempted to process a payment without my consent. When I tried to correct the order and upgrade, he became argumentative, then I cancel the entire transaction. This is a pathetic display of customer service and training. After re-ordering from a different representative, I received a takeaway order and boarded a local train. My 12-year-old nephew, who was so excited, took two bites of his burger and immediately started vomiting. He continued to be sick throughout the entire train ride. When I checked the burger, I was horrified to discover that it was filled with rotten vegetables and sauces. This is completely unacceptable. You don't just serve premium-priced food; you serve rotten, spoiled food. This is a direct result of either intentional malice or a complete lack of quality control. It is an absolute nightmare that no customer should ever have to endure. I demand an immediate investigation into this incident. The representative who served us rotten food should be held accountable and suspended immediately. Ambience is very good. It is located in the Sealdah Station. It is the busiest kfc store in this locality. Staff are very caring . The guard man is humble and gentle. Food is very tasty. We have tried almost all dishes and found very tasty. One negative thing is that they don't have any washroom in this store. Space wise It is very small. As because this is located in the busiest railway station in the India that's why all people is coming here lots of luggage and there is no luggage room. The stores manager is very much well behaved though once he got irritated due to luggage were kept at the front door. Another negative thing is that there counter boys are not well educated to calculate the bills properly. We saw them to do wrong bills for few of people. We sat there for around one hour as we ordered lots of different dilicious dishes. Their table boys are very much well mannered and they know their work properly. Worst KFC experience ever. The order takers are damn liers. They are doing push selling by telling lies. I asked for medium chicken popcorn but they said only large and extra large is available as such I was forced to take large even though the quantity was of medium size. I didn't argue at that moment since I was getting late for my train. They are charging for mayo which is a basic ingredient in a Burger by forcing to take single or double layer sauce. Ordered 2 thousand island sauce but received 1 and 1 hot sauce instead. Further didn't ask for paper carry bag but was charged for it. The onions and lettuce in the zinger were stale and lettuce has already browned. Another thing I noticed is that they are serving soft drinks without lids to dine in customers.
