KFC — Restaurant in Kolkata

The food was cold if they made the burger 5 min ago why it's cold like winter, the chiken have no seasoning at all, the fries are not crispy and I ordered 7up they gave me thumps up....they didn't even check my order properly at all But the most important matter here is the service and the inappropriate behavior towards us... we are eating our meal at the first floor and suddenly they turn off the air conditioner after our meal when I went down at the counter asking the stuff why they did it? they simple tell us that they didn't even notice that we are up there and it's our fault that we didn't ask them to turn it on again even when the stuffs visit the diner area almost 3 times and they didn't even apologise to US .... they knew it we are there still they turn it off THEY LIED AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN HESITATE KFC YOU SHOULD HIRE PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW SERVE PEOPLE ATLEAST HOW TO TALK WITH CUSTOMER SO DISAPPOINTING NOT...

I want to write a review especially over one employeer name MADUMITA. I have taken lot of kfc and have been seeing their service since it has been established in kolkata this lady first did not gave me change then again i bought black pepsi so that she could have spare money to return after that i cleared it at the counter to please calrify will i get the packet one gentleman said yes you will but at the time of takeaway this lady metal head came and said no carry bag will be given cause it is not mentioned i was repeatedly asking what can i do to fix it she was repeatedly saying no carry bag would be given blah blah blah blah she was repeatedly stuck her needles was struck at one point no carry bag can be given blah blah but then the earlier gentlemn xame and resolve it she gave me a pack witjout straw no tissue paper nothingggg...

This is Priyanka. I had called you in the evening regarding my order (K632A21378) and you told me to call in the store and convey my concern. I had ordered 5 choco lavas earlier which was spilled over and my request to the concerned lady was to deliver the choco lavas without any spill over. But after giving the information also out of 4 choco lavas, 2 of the choco lavas delivered were spilled over and one Pepsi was missing. Then I called the concerned person in the Mominpur branch again and she apologized and told she will replace those two choco lavas which were spilled. After that at 10 o clock the person delivers the items. This time the spill over was worse than before. Is this how you are going to...
