KFC — Restaurant in Kolkata

STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED.. Giving single star because option for ZERO is Not available.

ME and my wife went to this KFC outlet on 28 October. My wife was pregnant that time. After giving order and paying through Gpay, the manager informed that the food wasn't safe for Pregnant ladies. And we should cancel our order. Refund will be initiated and will take 3-7 days to get credited.

It has been more than a month now and there is no sign of Refund . Earlier the Manager was picking up the phone, but now he doesn't picks up the phone also. Our baby has came out, but the refund from KFC has still not came.

It's not about money, its about Integrity. Earlier I used to think that they are nice people, but now i think it was all a scam. They refused to give any print for my cancelled order. They never gave the food as they already asked me to cancel the order and now they haven't initiated the refund too. Hope they don't do this with...

I had a fantastic experience at KFC during my recent visit! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, polite, and efficient. The service was quick, and everything was served piping hot and freshly prepared.

I ordered the ., Zinger Box Meal], and it absolutely hit the spot. The chicken was perfectly crispy, juicy inside, and full of flavor. The fries were golden and crunchy, and the drink was ice-cold. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared — exactly what you hope for when you visit KFC.

The restaurant itself was clean and well-organized, with a comfortable seating area and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s clear the staff takes pride in keeping the place tidy and making sure customers have a great experience.

This outlet of KFC remains quite empty during the noon. You can clearly view the Dunlop more from the second floor. The zinger meals are fresh and served hot. And the chicken popcorns are crunchy outside and juicy inside. The only drawback of this outlet is that the sitting arena is on the first floor and the counter is on the ground floor.
