Till now, I have placed 2 order with them in the last 1 week, which includes Katla, Mourola, Tangra, Bata, Topshe and Hilsa. The quality of all fishes I ordered till now is superb and all are fresh catch - which I can easily make out from the products. The Hilsa is simply Superb! Now, coming to service - they are providing outstanding service. Let me mention an experience here - my PIN Code was outside their existing delivery network. I realised this when I went to place my first order. All that was required was a phone call (and that too at 12:30 at night, which was promptly answered) followed by an email with details and they added my PIN Code. All of this was completed in less than 24hrs from my phone call. Tbh I was quite skeptical about ordering fish and meet online without visiting the store. But this one just ticked the right boxes. The packaging is excellent! Not too much, not too less, just the right amount (sustainable) - meat/fishes are vacuum-sealed in plastic pouches giving it the export quality look. The taste is again top notch as everything seemed to be from the fresh catch, the fish experts in my family couldn’t stop boasting about the freshness. I would definitely recommend Kolkata Fish to all fish and meat lovers. We have been ordering fish from Kolkata Fish for a while now. The quality (and quantity and packaging) is top notch most of the time. On the rare occasions when they falter, their customer service is impeccable. Recently, I had let them know of a particular instance where I felt that the fish was not as fresh as it usually is, likely due to the heat. They promptly sent me the same fish along with my next order at no extra cost as a goodwill gesture. This is going above and beyond.
