La Pino'z Pizza Kankurgachi — Restaurant in Kolkata

Today I visited one of your store at kakurgachi to treat my kids... The experience was absolutely terrible! I had asked the service lady to provide me with unchargable water and I was given one mini cup of water by her.... Since we were more in number so I asked her for one more cup of water , at that time she reprimanded, me saying that they are not allowed to provide more than one cup to a customer, although we were 4 people and it is not like I did not order enough food, I had ordered generous amount of food,it definitely wasn't a problem to pay for a bottle of water... but the lady lied to me saying that she had no more cups left,although it's a basic fundamental right , which govt. of India has provided us with..she simply gave me a cup of water after 10 mins of argument...we could hear them squabbling from inside the kitchen , I could hear staffs discussing -"to tell that we don't provide water" and it was extremely disrespectful... the staff members are supposed to know about the basic rights as well as customer services...Kindly look...

Saw this place a couple of days back but finally had the time to visit it. so, Pizza crust was hard which i think is due to baking it in a low temperature as pizza requires to be cooked quickly on high heat . But the pizza was not bland. It was nice but without proper base the pizza felt vain. Taco was not worthy to be called a taco. It was just a filled laccha paratha.
