Great experience, had lunch here today. I was informed that it became open to the public in January. The outlet is quite easy to reach as it is located in a very busy area in Kasba. What I liked most was certainly the location, atmosphere, and ambience. You can look outside while eating through transparent glass on the second floor for an enjoyable experience. You don't really find separate multistoried McDonald's outlets like this one in Kolkata, they are all mostly located inside busy malls. One can order through a digital screen here with ease. We sat down for lunch on the second floor and were served within I believe, about 20 minutes. The food was good, however, the only disappointing part was the food, well, to put it, not really disappointing, but rather, not fair. The Happy meal wasn't available, unfortunately. The taste was decent, fries goodz burger enjoyable, too much sugar in the drinks though. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the unavailability of the happy meal, which they had advertised in some board near the entrance, which one notices first thing after entering the restaurant. I recently visited the McDonald's outlet near Ruby Hospital Area on January 3, 2025, and my experience with some items was disappointing. Below are my observations:

Piri Piri Seasoning: The seasoning felt overly salty and artificial. It didn’t enhance the fries but rather overpowered their natural flavor.

Hot Chocolate (Small): This was the biggest letdown. It tasted more like diluted bourbon biscuit milk rather than a rich, creamy hot chocolate. It lacked depth and flavor, making it unappealing.

McVeggie and McChicken with Whole Wheat Buns: While I appreciate the option for healthier buns, they were too dense and did not complement the patties well. The texture felt dry and unbalanced.

Medium Fries: The fries were not as fresh as expected. They tasted slightly soggy, which diminished the overall experience.
