METRO SPICE — Restaurant in Kolkata

Even after seeing so many negative reviews I still gave it a try.. I wanted to see if the reviews were doing justice or not and I'm painfully saying that it is indeed the worst restaurant I've ever been to.. firstly during this time when other restaurants are working tirelessly, the staffs of this restaurant were chilling inside when customers were waiting outside. Secondly after 30min when finally we got inside the menu was disappointing and also half of the dishes that were on the menu were not even ready, still we were ready to wait for a bit, but they straight away denied to serve food.. and the behavior of the staffs were out and out rude.. Though this place is a bit small , the food they offer is really good and though being small the interiors are very good. We went there on the occasion of "MAHALAYA", so it was a bit crowded but the staff helped and arranged seats for us. So if you are going in groups of 4 or 5 you may get place to sit.
