Today I visited this sweet shop after watching many food bloggers review and recommendations. But my experience in this shop is very very pathetic and insulting to say the least.I asked for Rosogolla and Modhuporko. To my utter surprise I found that instead of putting the Rosogollas inside any earthen pot(Vaar) of plastic container they gave it in a thin plastic carry bag.I very politely told them that this was neither heigenic nor comfortable to carry as there was a high chance of the syrup(Rosh) of Rosogolla might spil over if the thin plastic gets somehow leaked. Then the owner of the shop told me that "You don't have to take the Rosogollas and I will not sell you the Modhuporko as well." I asked why? What wrong had I said?Since I had to carry those items by public transport so I had to take precautions so that the syrup of the Rosogollas doesn't leak out.Why don't you delivering the Rosogollas in an earthen pot? Then he kept on insulting me by denying to sell me the food.I urged him to at least sell me the Modhuporkos as I had come from far away just to taste their famous items. However, the owner was very rude and used offensive language and after a long argument he delivered me the Rosogollas in an earthen pot and also sold me the Modhuporkos but I am aghast at the arrogance and unprofessional behaviour of the owner.I felt highly disgussted and insulted by his behaviour and will never visit this shop...

However, they will advise you to strictly adhere to their guidance of consuming most of the stuff within a maximum of six hours. If you put the sweet items including Madhupurko in the refrigerator they would lose their...
