Momo Maya — Restaurant in Kolkata

It is one of the worst restaurants to order from. They will continuously push your order delivery timing. I had ordered 2 plates of steamed chicken momos from them today as my father has wished to have momos today. My parents never usually express such desires, especially my father, so I chose Momo Maya to order in from. I had placed the order at around 9:15p.m. The promised delivery time that was shown to me was 46 minutes inclusive of food preparation time. It is almost 10:50p.m. now but the order is still 20 minutes far from my home. I live in a different city, alone, working so thought of ordering these for my parents. But my parents are old and have several ailments. It's extremely late and they need to sleep after taking their medicines at a certain specific time. I tried explaining all of this to the restaurant as well as to my order delivery partner, Zomato. But both of them very cunningly kept deferring and increasing the estimated time of delivery suffering only "SLIGHT DELAY" for a delay of over 50 minutes. I couldn't even cancel this as the order was late. It is the behaviour of a business towards its customers that helps us choose them again and again. But if this is the behaviour and such is their way of cheating people, then I suggest you people to not choose them. PLEASE DON'T! THEY WILL KEEP DELAYING YOURS ORDERS AND MAKE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME. EACH OF OUR TIME IS VALUABLE. The restaurant needs to know this and improve a lot on this. HORRIBLE SERVICE! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY...

Cons Fish item is absolutely rubbish and if u keep this level, I can assure u a life span of the outlet. Chicken fried rice is also not upto the mark, it lacks Flavour and taste of Chinese food, R u using chicken bullion powder? 🤣 And the fish fingers!! My God! By the way what is your expansion plan with this taste? If u guys hv time go and check the food of Rinky Chinese food at Sealdah, don't fall for the name, go and hv the experience. U will wonder what is real indo Chinese food in this price bracket.

Pros Momo 's r really good specially mutton momo. Worth the hype and price.

A newly opened outlet serving some delicious and various types of Momos, thuka, noodles and lots of Mouthwatering dishes. Ordered Non-vegetarian momo platter, Chicken Thukpa & Noodles with Garlic Chicken.

The packaging was great. The momos were extremely delicious. Each and every variant tasted different from the other. The momos were well stuffed with lots of chicken. The noodles went perfectly well with the chicken. The quantity was huge and I absolutely loved the food here.

I am definitely going to order again the amazing Chinese food from here soon. Highly...
