First of all let's talk about the ambiance; the place is like a booth. The tables are too small that only two people can share it, but the service gives four chair! The service: The behaviour is too bad! We 7 people went there, ordered 7 plate chicken biriyani. We weren't even finished our eating, the lady stuff came and ask what would be our payment method! Seriously! We haven't finished our the food, though she came and ask for the payment! What kind of behaviour is this!!! We told that we will ask for the bill when we complete, though she told that "ur bill is 1260"! After finishing, we asked for the bill and she was just telling the amount! Not any proper bill! We asked for the proper bill, then she brought a handwritten bill!!! She didn't even asked the fennel or rock sugar... Now come to the main part, FOOD. Today on 16th August 2025 after watching the movie War 2 2025 at around 11:45am to 2:45pm at Menoka Cinema for Rs. 150/- I have visited this restaurant Peep Inn Restaurant, Kalighat for the 75th time. I have ordered 1 Chicken Biryani for Rs. 180/- and 1 Chicken Chaap for Rs. 140/- and 1 Amust Mineral water 500ml for Rs. 10/- my Grand total amount was Rs. 330/- and after that I came back home by Bus no. 1A for Rs. 10/- what a action thriller and crime movie War 2 2025 was... I visited this place a few months ago and tried their chicken roll for takeaway. It was decent - I'd give it around 3.5 out of 5. Based on that, I decided to go back again, this time with friends. We ordered a variety of items: momos, chicken soup, hot garlic soup, chicken roll, and more.

But the experience turned awful. As soon as we started eating, we found bugs inside our food. It was honestly disgusting and completely ruined the meal. Clearly, there are major hygiene issues in their kitchen.

This is not just about bad service - it's a health concern. I strongly feel that authorities should step in and inspect the place. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Definitely not...
