Very worst experience about food and services provided there. Really not happy about this type of service. Food is not upto the mark and service is very very pathetic. Payment has also got debited twice there. 1st payment done on dining app of Petuk Kolkata but service man said they didn't receive payment as I have showed him payment confirmation. 2nd payment again I have to pay there by cash. The staff is extremely rude with their words and behaviour. They didn't even give us a fork when we ordered noodles and were arguing this is how it is. Like come on even a footpath stall gives us the basic cutlery to have the food. Shame on you people, stop fooling people with with petty excuses to save some money. I have waited a long time of 2.5 hr only to give an oder and after giving a simple oder of "Butter Chicken" they said "the cook doesn't want to prepare the food so you have to change the order".
