Few years ago when this branch of Arsalan was newly opened in Hatibagan area, they were struggling to maintain their quality of Biryani as it wasn't upto the mark of Arsalan standards. But on this Bengali new year when I visited this place I was rather surprised to see their improvement.

Decorations : Arsalan has got a huge space over in this location divided into floors & 3 different dining. The ambience of the dining we tried were very elegant & suited for family & group dinner. Mostly the space has been optimized for more people to fit in. Their sofa & chair sitting were very much comfortable. Cleanliness were also on top notch.

Staffs & Management : Unlike other branches of Arsalan here the waiters are very much professional, well behaved & modern. But their service may take time in crowd​ed timings.

Chicken Arsalan Kabab : 6 big pieces of boneless chicken, a thick layer of cheese on it looked very delicious as well as it tastes. It was served & garnished very well. Chicken pieces were very well cooked, soft & juicy from inside with balanced spices. Cheese on it was the best part that just melted very lightly in the mouth. Just the provided green chutney with it could have been better. It definitely gets a recommendation.

Mutton Biryani Special : And here it comes the best most famous part of Arsalan. This is something everyone is very well known about & nothing to discuss. Without their Biryani the visit to Arsalan doesn't complete. This time also their delicious Biryani with best in class rice quality, soft & tendered big mutton pices, well mixed spices & wonderful fragrance satisfied us well. They have definitely improved their quality of Biryani in this particular branch. Truely recommend for its purest taste.

Mutton Pasinda : After the delicious spoon of their excellent Biryani their Mutton Pasinda unfortunately ruined the experiance. There was less mutton more oil into it. Shredded mutton mixed with very rich spices & floating thick layer of oil on it, thats all about this dish. I ordered this dish by seeing the people love here section on Zomato. Unfortunately this didn't matched well with the Biryani.

Pricing : Only for this 3 items the bill was total of Rs.1030. Average for 2 people costing over here is Rs.1000 not Rs.700 as mentioned over in Zomato. Vat & service tax was near to Rs.200 for that easily another dish could have been ordered. Food is expensive in India because of Incredible India's Tax policies nothing else.
