Had the most disastrous experience of my life !!!!! planned my daughter's birthday party in this Hatibagan restaurant.....with around 20 people....it was a total chaotic party..... only 1 waiter to serve food and water....the waiters just brought the plates of food items and kept it on table.....they had to be repeatedly reminded about everything....to serve the food....serve the water....clear the table....clear the used juice glasses....clear the tissues....clear the dirty plates....the waiters had to repeatedly called to serve water....and then they spilled all water on the table.... the service for main course items were horribly disgusting!!! they completely forgot to prepare half of the main course dishes....we were made to wait for almost 45 mins to serve main course .....they served all non veg items before serving the veg items.....dal and torkari were served in the end....all guests plates were completely messed up.... we had prebooked this party and spent enough time with a fat man ( maybe manager) discussing the menu and the party arrangements before itself.... however the fat man completely denied the list of items that were fixed and sent the wrong order.... At the time chaos....he was not even there to say a sorry....he just stood there watching all the mess.....when we had come to prebook the party and make advance payment....the fat man made to wait us for 1 hour... And at the end during final billing.....he completely escaped from the restaurant.... The taste of food is ok....but this restaurant is just fit for serving individual tables with small orders... they donot have any capability of arranging parties....they made false promises of best arrangements....best quality staff...high grade chef....but they completely failed and ruined my whole party!!!!! Most importantly.....i feel the owner of this restaurant is highly irresponsible.....whenever there's a big party arrangement....he should have personally been present and made sure that everything is fine....but he was absolutely not bothered!!! it's a request to the owner....improve your management....improve your staff...and don't make false promises... don't take party orders if you can't deliver it!!!!! Remember we are paying for your nonsense and going back with...

If there were an option to give zero stars, I would have chosen that. On the occasion of Mahalaya, my friends and I visited this restaurant. Since it was busier than usual, the staff asked us to wait near the staircase as the dine-in area is on the second floor. While we were waiting, one staff member rudely remarked that we “don’t listen at all” and walked away. There was a small waiting space with two chairs, so my friend and I sat there. A few minutes later, we witnessed a shocking incident. The same staff member began pushing a Zomato delivery partner out of the dining area. That delivery person had been waiting for more than 40 minutes without any confirmation or rejection of his order. Understandably, he became frustrated and raised his voice. Instead of handling the matter politely, the staff resorted to physical aggression, shoving him and insisting they “talk outside.”

As they began physical fighting, the Zomato partner’s helmet swung around and accidentally hit me hard. My friends, angered by the unprofessional behavior of the staff, intervened. Ultimately, we had to go downstairs, and one of my friends even called the nearby police.

This experience was not only disappointing but also unsafe. The staff demonstrated rudeness, a complete lack of respect for customers, and zero ability to manage situations...

C/o Bangali is a very famous and popular for it's bengali cuisine. Yesterday I had visited their hatibagan branch which is located just opposite to star theater. •Ambience of this place is very nice with beautiful wooden structures and chair tables and lots of wall hanging which all related our bengali culture. • This outlet is spacious and they have seating arrangement of more or less 30 people at once. • I had tried Fish Polau with Kadai mutton and Gajorer Halwa. Taste was just amazing. •Fish Polau had lots of chunks of vetki. Which all were properly cooked. Taste was just yummylicious. Must try this. •Along with this Kadai mutton was too delicious and flavourful. It had 3 pieces of mutton. Mutton was so soft and infused with spices. It was Little spicy but too much tasty and yummy. • In dessert section I had tried Gajorer Halwa. Which was too good in taste. You love this. • Quantity and quality of each item was enough and upto the mark. Service is fast and staffs are courteous and helped us to choose the right item. Prices are appropriate according to the quality and quantity of food. • I had a superb experience here. The food of this place is so good. Do order or visit there to have a awsome bengali food at...
