Horrible experience!

I never experienced such fraudulent & unprofessional salon service before in Kolkata ! I went to get a simple hair trim & eyebrow service on a Sunday late afternoon ( 4:30 pm ) . It was fully empty . I casually enquired the stylist SUNNY about hair smoothning service & he strongly recommended hair botox as much better & long lasting( expensive as well) . I had an important work appt 8:45 pm . I repeated asked about the total time letting him know I have an important appointment & the Sunny guy told me I " ll be done by 7 pm . I agreed to take the BOTOX service relying on his word . Then he put the blue chemical on my hair & asked me to wait . At 6:30 he started taking care another customer & told me I need to keep the concoction on my hair till 7 pm . Then by 7:30 they washed my hair not cleaning the chemicals fully & started ironing. I was totally taken aback by this kind of unprofessional act . Then the SUNNY guy started lying telling he told me more time . THEY started telling me I need atleast 2 more hours to finish . I literally had to yell & cameout from that salon 8:20 pm halfdone . I had an international flight next day . After 2 days I discovered the blue chemical still there in my hair . They did not even washed my hair properly. Other highlights: My skin was peeled during eyebrow threading as well in btw . The girls in the salon smoked just outside making me cough & had to request them to stop .

I spent 7K+ in this salon & they totally ruined my hair . I never ever expected such fraud unprofessional business operating in this posh neighborhood . I hope there is some Better Business Bureau/ any government agency to report such D graded company extorting money from clients.

What I appreciated most was how he didn’t just jump into cutting my hair, instead, he took the time to talk to me about why I wanted a short hairstyle, what kind of look I was going for, how I usually style my hair, and what would suit my face shape and lifestyle. That level of care and consultation truly stood out.

Throughout the process, he explained each step and even gave me tips on how to maintain and style my new haircut. And when he finally revealed the finished look, I was absolutely delighted! The haircut was everything I had hoped for: modern, chic, and elegant.

It’s amazing how much a great haircut can uplift not just your appearance but also your confidence and mood. I walked out feeling lighter, happier, and genuinely satisfied.
