Red Chopstick — Restaurant in Kolkata

Extremely Bad food, the owner is very much arrogant, very poor service. We have ordered Schezwan Rice, Hakka Noddles & Manchurian Chicken for dinner. I have clearly mentioned that please make the Schezwan Rice mid(medium) spicy but they made it very very much spicy after eating two spoon of that my mother is still suffering from vomiting, all of us gone through an horrible experience & best part when we shared the experience with the owner , he is arguing with us & telling that he made it correctly, Schezwan rice is this much spicy only.

I am living in Kolkata from my childhood & visit many well known restaurants also took Schezwan Rice in dinner but trust me everyone this is the most horrible experience for my entire family.

Please take food from them at your own risk, also you are not permitted to tell anything about any item of this restaurant cause the owner is claiming that he is the best...

Not happy .. the food quantity in the combos are not even sufficient for a child . The order was not delivered accurately. Items were not as per order. The chicken dish ordered was chicken kosha and garlic chicken , but both were delivered garlic chicken. The order was 30 mins late. Whereas the order was placed early in the morning. I would recommend everyone to avoid this place unless you want to get...

Disgusting service....0 star.they don't have any manner how to talk with customer.I paid for food they deliver another food to me.then said wait for sometime we will exchange the food.but after waiting 2 hour they didn't receive phone.and now she said we are sorry we provide you the food tomorrow.what kind of business it is...
