Mama Mia! — Restaurant in Kolkata

We had ordered Black Forest Cake (₹500/-) and Chocolate Mousse Jar(₹120/-) via Swiggy. The Black Forest Cake had an abundance of chocolate in it and was simply delicious. The ribbon wrapped around the cake was a nice touch too. There were also little cherry pieces and chocolate chips embedded in the cake. The mousse was simply delightful. We couldn't get enough of it and hope to taste the other mousse flavours soon. Overall, I would say that it was a good value for money purchase which satisfied us with both quality...

So, my friend had wanted send me a card with sweets. He choose mama Mia just because there is an option for sending cards. That was the main reason. Sadly, *MAMA MIA FORGOT TO SEND THE CARD, ITSELF. How disappointing. You guys took the feel out of the whole thing. Attached below is the order. You can see just below the blueberry cheesecake 'sorry' is written, that is the card option. Even the card customisation is attached. Please deliver it now if you can. It means a lot and so much effort should not...

The worst ever Mamamia store I came across. Ordered a birthday cake. First they denied putting name on it, I understood. They should let someone with good handwriting to put the name on the card. Attaching picture of the card. Name was Piku and they wrote it like this. On top of that, the delivery person was supposed to be careful with the cake but ruined it somehow. Also they forgot to send knife and candles for which they charged extra. Such pathetic and irresponsible people. Never gonna order...
