I am writing this letter to bring to your attention the numerous cleanliness issues I encountered during my recent visit to your establishment. Regrettably, I must express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the lack of hygiene and cleaning standards observed throughout your restaurant.

Firstly, upon entering the premises, I couldn't help but notice the visible signs of dirt and grime present on various surfaces. The tables were sticky, the floors appeared neglected and were littered with food particles, and the general cleanliness of the dining area left much to be desired. These unsanitary conditions not only detracted from the overall dining experience but also raised questions about the level of care and attention your establishment puts into maintaining a clean environment.

Furthermore, the restroom facilities were equally appalling. The lack of basic sanitation measures, such as empty soap dispensers, dirty sinks, and unpleasant odors, are unacceptable and a clear indication of poor maintenance. In a dining establishment, maintaining clean and sanitary restrooms should be a top priority to ensure the comfort and well-being of your patrons.

I believe it is imperative to highlight the critical importance of adhering to strict hygiene and cleaning standards in the food industry. Neglecting these fundamental aspects not only poses health risks but also damages the reputation and trust customers place in your establishment.

I respectfully urge you to address these hygiene concerns immediately. Implementing a comprehensive cleaning protocol and instilling a culture of cleanliness among your staff will go a long way in creating a more appealing and safe environment for your customers.

Though I have been a patron of your restaurant in the past, I must admit that this recent experience has severely tarnished my opinion. I sincerely hope that you take my concerns seriously and take appropriate measures to rectify the cleanliness issues. If these improvements are not made, I regret to say that I will have no choice but to explore alternative dining options.

Now the craving for Authentic Indian taste of TANDOOR was over with SKY YARD last night.

Literally the food was simply outstanding. Courteous staff and management. Ample space for seating area. We had ordered the Tandoor Platter & it was sufficient for 3 of us. OH Boy it was worth every penny , a must recommendation. 5 different kind of chicken preparation in tandoor. A portion of Prawn Tandoor 3 Kulchas (STUFFED not plain) but we had ordered an extra 1 add ons . A chicken portion in red gravy. And a portion of Jeera rice.

Even ordered Schezwan fried rice And to end with Tea . ek chai toh banta hai boss after a heavy meal

Hookah was well balanced and didn’t choke for even once in 2 hours or so. High end hookah bases are available as per customers needs.

A cafe worth visiting for food lovers and hookah😜

Not your regular cafe but to infinity and beyond SKY YARD .

Cafes are common in kolkata but with great food at relatively good rates and quality was never imaginable.

Do visit with friends and family.

On the last day of the month February, my overall experience here was average. Firstly, their famous mocktail, 'Coconut Sea' wasn't available like some other starters. The staffs were a bit inattentive. The rooftop was not suitable for seating, furnitures weren't arranged properly. Actually the vibe that I was expecting was absent, I really don't know why.

Coming to the food, I tried Golden Prawn and Chicken cheese kabab, both were tried as well as suggested by many foodies before. But let me say, I personally found them overrated. The presentation was good though. The mocktail we tried was, ' Summer Cooler', had some excess amount of salt, that we didn't get the right taste of the watermelon juice in it. From the Shakes, we went for the Kitkat one which was good, could be better.

At the end, they added price of the mineral water bottle, without noticing that was untouched, unused. After I told them, they realised & removed it from the bill.

May be next time I'll have a better...
