Spice Of Joy — Restaurant in Kolkata

I just had taken rumali rotis from spice of joy, i ordered 8 rotis and they had given 5, though I paid the cost of 8 rotis which is Rs.48/-. People can do mistakes while doing work under pressure, it is quite normal. But when doing a mistake people must say sorry , i have given a call to a person, people know him as "BAPPA DA" , neither he said sorry nor his voice said this, strangely he was giving me suggestion, i was stunned.

I am a owner of a food joint, food comes under service industry, people must be down to earth in this industry. Food is sentiment, people must know this, people of spice of joy is thoroughly arrogant. Shame...

Poor hotel, bad food, overpriced dishes, less quantities for each dish. Only good part is the location which is on the main road otherwise all other parts are bad. Entrance lift sinks worst than public toilets. Food service is fast but the quantity is so less that it will suffice only one person.
