Subject: Feedback on Poor Dining Experience at Tanzor Restaurant

Dear Mr. Dutta,

I hope this message finds you well. I am a regular and fond customer of Tanzor Restaurant, as I truly enjoy good food and have always appreciated the quality and taste you offer. However, I am writing to express my disappointment with the dining experience my friend and I had yesterday, which was quite shocking given Tanzor's usual standards.

We ordered Chicken Shikh Kabab, Mixed Fried Rice, and Chili Fish, but the quality of the dishes was not up to expectations. Here are the specific concerns:

Chicken Shikh Kabab: It was extremely oily and hard, which I have never experienced before. It seemed like the chicken was not fresh, and I’ve never seen shikh kababs fried in oil like this.

Mixed Fried Rice: While the taste was decent, the rice was undercooked, giving a raw texture that was very disappointing.

Chili Fish: The dish was filled with bones (‘Kata’), which made it difficult to enjoy.

When I raised these concerns with Madam Madhurima at the cash counter, I felt dismissed. On my second attempt, she remarked that we were the first customers in a decade to point out such issues. This response left me quite shocked and disappointed.

I was accompanied by a friend from Bangalore who had come to visit during the Puja, and I was embarrassed to have had this experience at a restaurant I have always held in high regard.

I sincerely hope you will take this feedback constructively and work on rectifying these issues. While I have always loved Tanzor, this experience has left me unsure if I will return in the future.

I quite often visit this food joint and can say the food is good enough at the price it offers for the items they serve. I generally have a special mughlai Paratha which costs 70 rupees in which the masala is the same as the normal mughlai Paratha however in the special one they will give 2 eggs. Coming to the taste part it's really good compared to the other food restaurants nearby serving the same food item. Would definitely recommend the special mughlai Paratha for all people who love fast food items and definitely not for people who are calorie conscious and not for those who are on a diet to...

The behaviour of the staff is very bad.The guy who makes the egg rolls doest know what decency is..he abuses the customers..mixes up the orders..puts so much oil..runs across the street chasing away cats..doesnt even wear a mask in this pandemic..he cooks food without wearing a mask and continuosly sneezes over the food....totally eccentric ....The staff need to behave properly with the customers..The quantity of the food isnt good.Its hard to find chicken amidst...
