Café Kolkata 32 is located next to Niranjan Sadan and Bijoygarh College in Jadavpur. It is right in the heart of a warm throbbing community of young Kolkatans. I'm a frequent visitor to this cafe, primarily because of its proximity, and until recently, it has been my go-to place. I want to share my thoughts on the establishment, and I'll be straightforward.

The food served here is truly exceptional; there's no doubt about that.

However, I am concerned that, if not addressed, the issue of hospitality could impact the cafe's future patronage. Unfortunately, I've noticed a significant decline in the level of courtesy, particularly from a specific staff member. It's disheartening to mention that her demeanor comes across as rude without any apparent reason.

Having visited this place more than 15 times and even brought friends along, I initially attributed the occasional brusqueness to the rush during busy periods. However, a recent experience left me surprised, as the behavior seemed unjustified.

I believe constructive feedback can contribute to the improvement of any establishment, and I hope this concern is taken seriously. Nevertheless, I'll make sure I never visit this place again and will let everyone in my network know about my experiences. Thank you for your attention to...
