Whata wonderful new hotel in the old fort road, which also is the habitat of Abduz and Grand Dragon. Very close to the main Leh market . The road is one way from the Namgyal chowk towards Leh market. Excellent interiors and the lobby , a mix of traditional Ladakhi and modern architecture. The furniture chic and contemporary and th rooms ae spacious and very modern. The two restaurants are also fine - the old fort cafe and Juniper. Both a la carte and buffet served. Though the a la carte is not very exhaustive , the items have original flavour and quite sumptuous. The hakka noodles and the Thai green curry definitely needs a mention . Overall a very satisfying and value for money experience indeed.

I was in Chospa twice, once at the start of the trip for tea & dinner and once in the end, where I stayed a night. Both times the comfort and hospitality was unparallel. It is a luxury boutique property with great attention to detail and in the process avoids the rush and chaos of the bigger properties. The food is great, the views are fantastic and all the staff are really cordial. The cherry on top for me was their GM, Tenzin, who went above and beyond in helping me adjust in Leh and then also gave some really good recommendations which made my travel in Ladakh more memorable. I highly recommend staying here. PS - don't miss their ginger honey lemon tea.

we booked chospa hotel for our first stay in leh to celebrate my birthday and catch a breath as we acclimatise to the weather. saying i felt at home would be an understatement. the best hospitality, warmth of all the staff and some incredible food later it was hard saying bye for us. we loved every minute of our stay and they went an extra mile all day with the lovely gestures to make my birthday an unforgettable one. i highly recommend this beautiful hotel and their other property Kyaagar in Nubra. They both were my favourite experiences, with food made from the best of fresh ingredients, menus thought of so well and staff as warm as always. 10/10!!!

Chospa Hotel - An Enchanting Stay at the Heart of Leh, Ladakh

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was enveloped in a world of exceptional hospitality. The general manager, Tenzin, was the epitome of warmth and kindness. Her politeness and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the hotel's operation. She managed her staff with such finesse that it felt like witnessing a well-orchestrated symphony.

The decor of the hotel was a testament to thoughtful artistry, with cleanliness that shone through every corner. The use of biodegradable disposable bathroom items spoke volumes about the hotel's commitment to sustainability. The interiors were meticulously planned, from the pristine white towels and linen to the tasteful arrangement of the furniture.

The culinary experience was nothing short of divine. Each dish served was a burst of flavors, so exquisite that it left me yearning for more. The more I try to express my appreciation, the more I find words falling short.

The comprehensive tour, including the driver and car, was flawlessly executed. The itinerary was so superbly crafted that it felt like a journey through a storybook. This magical trip to the beautiful landscapes of Ladakh would not have been possible without Tenzin's impeccable planning. Every Staff - Front office-House Keeping-Kitchen- F&B service- Bakery were very well trained, polite and eager to assist.

How can I ever thank her enough for the wonderful memories she helped create? I am resolved to return to this rejuvenating haven at least once a year. A heartfelt thank you to Tenzin, who made my stay, the food, and the entire trip simply out...

Top notch hospitality, old world class & great spacious rooms. It’s a native family run hotel constructed with local materials with a glass roof atrium. The terrace on 3rd floor looks over the entire city and is a good space for photos & reading. So on your rest day, it’s a nice spot to spend ur time. The Leh Market is just around the corner so we just walked in & out shopping. Very convenient location. And our car had parking space too. ||We visited during the colder April & heating was such a blessing. My 80 year old mum was warm & cozy. Thankfully they have hot & cold split ACs plus radiator heaters for core winters. Its a spacious hotel with minimalist Ladakhi indigenous items which kind of grows on you as each day passes. This was my 5th trip to Leh & Hotel Chospa exceeded my expectations.||They also have a cafe, the vibe of which is very addictive with a luxurious outdoor space (open to general public) with some reasonably priced delicious food options. The thai curry, Nasi Goreng Satay, steamed fish, tiramisu were very delicious & had large portions. Food was fresh which was a relief after eating out at the market catering to the masses. The Spa seemed like a good place to relax. Plenty of outdoor space for romantic evenings…loved...

This is very good hotel near the market and the staff and food is the stand out of the hotel .We booked this property with the assumption it’s going to be very cold in Leh and we would need a good indoor hotel , The weather is very deceptive in Leh with the sun out you don’t need warm clothes I mean -layers, Just a jacket is good .||Here are pro’s of this hotel |- Good location |- Excellent staff|- Outstanding food best in Leh |- Proximity to the market .||Cons |-Hotel is right on the Main road with traffic and they don’t have sound proofing which makes it feel like you are sleeping on the road - This is the biggest disadvantage of this hotel ,We stayed for 2 nights on the first floor and 1 night on the 3rd floor and it’s the same with dogs barking all night or their dustbin collection van playing music early morning . ||-The showers in the hotel can be made better , We stayed in Lchang in Nubra and they had super showers ||-This is a very expensive hotel compared to Leh standards for food etc but the quality covers for the price .||Lamo - Resturant was amazing |Chef Varsha has been terrific one of the best pizza we eat .||Overall this is a great hotel but they need to fix their sound proofing to make it the best...
