We reached this place due to his good name but their way to treat customer is very bad. Just because you have 5 shops in Indore and all are very well and well earning just by name doest give you right to not to treat customer with arrogance and ego who came to you due to your fame and found nasty behaviour. When we reached we spent some time in shop and purchased 5 6 kg of different Namkeens now its about to closing time and I can understand everyone is rush to reach home but any standing customer in shop who is asking to check something more variety to buy you denied him with point that "kal Ana Dukan band karne ka time ho gaya" (come again tomorrow it's closing time) I also have shop I never do like this to customer even though I have well setup business too. I informed that I came from Delhi and won't be possible to come again tomorrow so request to show me another Namkeen too. On this they said to jaldi a aa tha na. If some shop worker said this it can be understablw that he just work for salary but a aged man on money counter said this who looks like owner of shop and seems like one of oldest onwer of om Namkeen then you feel that its ego and they feel we do not need to think about any customer we have so much foot fall so single customer is not worthy even after purchase of multiple good seconds ago.

I was excited to visit this shop, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The narrow layout made it difficult to navigate, with customers having to squeeze past each other. The server seemed unattentive, leaving us to explore on our own.

Product Selection I was looking for spicy red chili sprinkled potato chips, but they weren't available. Most of the snacks were sweet, which didn't suit my taste. The items on display had lost their crunchiness due to moisture.

Safety Concerns The shop's layout raised safety concerns, with only one door for entry and exit. In case of an emergency, it could lead to a stampede.

Overall Experience I was disappointed with the ambiance, taste, and overcrowding. The shop needs improvement in terms of layout, product variety, and customer service.

Rating Zero stars for ambiance and taste. I won't be returning to this shop.
