Cakes n Craft Vijay nagar — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Worst service ever that I could have ever experienced. This guys promised to keep the cake ready at 5:30pm and just to keep a margin we fixed 6:30pm as the pick time. The cakes was not even at the shop by 6:45pm. Further, they said it will delivered by 7:30pm which final got delivered at 8pm after a long wait for our guests.

On top of all this, the customization or birthday message was not even there in the cake for which they charge additionally.

This was not enough neither the owner nor the folks at shop are picking my calls. Would never recommend this place ever. Not interested in serious...

What to say. I gave them a somewhat huge order (as per their standards). The cake was delayed by an hour initially then the store guy informed me that the cake will be delayed by 2 hrs becuse the two storey cake fell because of drivers fault.

What I learned:

If you want cake today give them the order on yesterday basis( i mean literally)

Never pay in full

And frankly there are better stores than them. I mean the cakes themselves don't tastes as good as it looks . I regret I didn't give this order to a bakery near me. The guy bakes...
