Thyme & Whisk sets out to prove that vegetarian dining can be vibrant and diverse, and they deliver on that promise with flying colors. Their introduction boldly declares, "We aim to dispel the notion that vegetarian restaurants lack abundant options!" True to their word, the menu is impressively vast, catering to a variety of tastes with Continental, Asian, and Indian cuisines. Having visited this gem twice, I can confidently say everything I’ve tried deserves a glowing 5-star rating. The service is exceptionally fast, and the staff is both professional and well-informed about the dishes. A special mention goes to Sourabh, who not only provided excellent service but also communicated our preferences directly with the chef to ensure the dishes met our expectations. This level of personalized attention is rare and highly commendable. The interior is modern and attractive, with a peaceful ambiance that makes it perfect for family outings, casual meals, or even a date night. Dishes I Tried: Phad Thai Noodles: 5/5 – Perfectly balanced flavors, a must-try. Grilled Quesadillas: 4.5/5 – Delicious, with just a slight room for improvement. Karari Roomali Roti Masala With Cheese: 6/5 – The star of the menu! An absolute must-have. Spicy Chipotle Mushroom & Broccoli Tikka: 5/5 – Bursting with flavors. Mexican Hot Pot: 5/5 – Quite filling and wonderfully spiced. Spaghetti Arrabbiata: 4.5/5 – Comfort food done right. Chole Masala with Stuffed Kulcha: 4/5 – Delicious, though slightly heavy. Blue Lagoon Arancini Croquettes: 5/5 – Beautifully presented and equally tasty. Umami Miso Soup: 5/5 – A warm, savory delight. Mexican Tortilla Soup: 4.5/5 – Flavorful and hearty. Drinks: Ferrero Rocher Shake: 5/5 – Decadent and indulgent. Hazelnut Frappe: 5/5 – Smooth and refreshing. Dragon's Soul: 5/5 – A creative and flavorful mocktail. Bloom: 5/5 – A perfect, refreshing choice. Final Thoughts: Thyme & Whisk redefines vegetarian dining with its expansive menu, exceptional service, and inviting ambiance. Whether you’re with family, catching up with friends, or on a date, the restaurant offers something for every occasion. The creativity and attention to detail in their dishes truly set them apart. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to explore more of their delightful offerings. Highly recommended!

6 Aug 2024: dinner with parents. The ambience is amazing. The place is great for fancy fine dining experience. The servers were courteous. Our food for the night: Soup: broccoli and almond: this was bland, average Appetizer: Shanghai Paneer chilly (the best item tonight, authentic Chinese flavors) and Karari roomali masala roti (this looked unique, but I found it ordinary in terms of flavors) Entree: Hot cowboy: Mexican style sizzler: this was quite loaded. Enough for two I guess. I wanted it to be a bit more spicier. Not recommended for Mexican food lovers, but definitely something to try if you are exploring. Dessert: Tiramisu cake with vanilla icecream : decent. Rs 2393 for two people. Overall, the dining experience is pleasant. They have lots of unique items on the food and the taste was different as well, it just didn’t click with me today for some reason. I still recommend it for their unique flavors and probably a classy date night.

After lots of years passed I have experienced such a great dining joy in Indore. This cafe Thyme and Whisk is an ultimate charm for food lovers. The food here is very well and authentically prepared with the use of quality ingredients. The ambience is calm and joyful. The staff is courteous enough. A parking facility is available. The desserts are properly baked and prepared inhouse. As the bakery is inhouse, the long fermentation method is adapted to prepare the dishes. No or less preservatives. Vegan options are also available. I found less options in the Salad Section tho. Whatever we ordered was delicious and authentically prepared. I appreciate the owner/s. Respect to the team - Thyme and Whisk Indore. High recommendations.

Thyme & Whisk is truly one of the best pure vegetarian restaurants in Indore, offering an exceptional blend of great taste, classy ambience, and top-notch service. It’s an ideal place for families, friends, or even business dinners who want both comfort and flavor in a modern dining setup.

Food & Drinks: The menu is diverse and thoughtfully crafted, covering a wide range of North Indian, South Indian, Continental, and fusion delicacies. Each dish is presented beautifully and tastes as good as it looks. Their paneer specials, sizzlers, and desserts are must-try items, while refreshing mocktails complement the meals perfectly. The consistency in quality and freshness is commendable.

Ambience: The interiors are elegant with a cozy, family-friendly vibe. Comfortable seating, soft lighting, and a neat layout make it suitable for both casual meals and special occasions. It strikes a perfect balance between fine dining and homely comfort.

Service: Staff members are polite, attentive, and professional. Service is prompt without being rushed, which enhances the overall experience. Hygiene standards are well-maintained across both dining and kitchen areas.

Noteworthy: Prices are reasonable for the quality and ambience offered. It’s also conveniently located, making it easy to reach for both locals and visitors.

Overall, Thyme & Whisk is a must-visit pure veg restaurant in Indore, delivering on taste, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommended for family outings and...

Our visit to Thyme and Whisk was honestly one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had in a while. This restaurant is known to have a waitlist, and from the outside, it looks like the kind of place that offers a proper, upscale meal. So naturally, we went in expecting fresh, high-quality food. What we got instead was far from that.

The entire meal they served us tasted off from the beginning—like something reheated rather than cooked fresh. When we asked about it, it became very clear that the dishes had been pre-packaged or store-bought and simply heated before serving. When we confronted them, they actually admitted to it, which was shocking. Yes, they gave us a discount, but that doesn’t make up for the fact that they’re charging premium prices for food that’s clearly not made in-house.

It felt misleading and dishonest. A restaurant that looks this good and carries this reputation should never get away with passing off packaged food as freshly prepared. It’s not just about the money—it’s about basic honesty and respect for the customer.

There was nothing about the food that justified the hype, the wait, or the prices. It’s unfortunate because the place has potential in terms of location and atmosphere, but the core—the food—was a complete letdown.

Rating: 1/5 – Looks can be deceiving. If you’re expecting a real meal, made fresh, this isn’t it. Overhyped, overpriced, and not...
