Their introduction boldly declares, "We aim to dispel the notion that vegetarian restaurants lack abundant options!" True to their word, the menu is impressively vast, catering to a variety of tastes with Continental, Asian, and Indian cuisines.

Read moreOur visit to Thyme and Whisk was honestly one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had in a while. This restaurant is known to have a waitlist, and from the outside, it looks like the kind of place that offers a proper, upscale meal. So naturally, we went in expecting fresh, high-quality food. What we got instead was far from that.
The entire meal they served us tasted off from the beginning—like something reheated rather than cooked fresh. When we asked about it, it became very clear that the dishes had been pre-packaged or store-bought and simply heated before serving. When we confronted them, they actually admitted to it, which was shocking. Yes, they gave us a discount, but that doesn’t make up for the fact that they’re charging premium prices for food that’s clearly not made in-house.
It felt misleading and dishonest. A restaurant that looks this good and carries this reputation should never get away with passing off packaged food as freshly prepared. It’s not just about the money—it’s about basic honesty and respect for the customer.
There was nothing about the food that justified the hype, the wait, or the prices. It’s unfortunate because the place has potential in terms of location and atmosphere, but the core—the food—was a complete letdown.
Rating: 1/5 – Looks can be deceiving. If you’re expecting a real meal, made fresh, this isn’t it. Overhyped, overpriced, and not...
