II Home Kitchen Restaurant — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Yesterday I went out with my wife and 3 year kid. First of all we entered and there was No Response .There are two tables in water and they were occupied. So we decided To sit inside. We went in and asked the guy for AC. He told us it's a duct AC and we were coming from outside so we have To wait.Which we did. But it was hot till end.

Later there was a table of 11 pax was going on so this guy has full attention on that table and ignored us . Later we asked for mini meals whcih were denied totally.. Then we asked for paneer.corn.masala.which was quite OK but breads (Roti) was so hard and Biryani was pathetic with no taste curd.

Also the guy who was serving literally throughed roti in our bucket like anything We felt so bad and at the end we were not even asked for sweet.

Really bad experience. People should open these places with proper people and learn How To behave.

I went here with family on sunday and trust me such an embarrassment in front of family. We ordered starter drinks and main course together to avoid delay for main course meal. Even after waiting for 1.30 Hrs, we didn’t got the meal. When I complained to cashier (don’t know the name) she told clearly that better you guys can leave if you can’t wait. Such an rude response from the manager/cashier. Upon aksong where is manager she told i m the manager.

Why government allowed these kind of restaurants when they cannot serve customers.

I have been told that this is Jain restaurant amd trust me they serve food which does not belong to jains at all.

I would recommend not to visit this restaurant ever if you want...

Interior and exterior everthing is good. but the manager is soo arrogant and irritating person. We went to this restro alot but one day manager stop us and told us to give 200 rupees per hour. so after that time we never went to home kitchen. Next time, if i visit there again ,i suggest the owner to replace the manager or train him for atleast 1 month to make him learn how the behave infront of customers and co-workers. 2 stars just for food...
