Unpleasant Experience at KFC, DB City Gwalior: Denial of Seven-Minute Free Chicken Offer

On 07/01/2024, I visited your DB City, Gwalior branch with the expectation of enjoying KFC's renowned chicken and benefiting from the Seven-Minute Policy. As advertised, the policy promises a complimentary meal if the order is not served within seven minutes. Unfortunately, my experience did not align with this commitment.

Despite the clear breach of the Seven-Minute Policy, the staff at the DB City, Gwalior branch not only failed to acknowledge the delay but also denied my request for the free chicken as per the policy. This incident not only left me dissatisfied but also raised concerns about the consistency and reliability of your service standards across different outlets.

I believe in the importance of transparent communication and adherence to the promises made by a reputable brand like KFC. The denial of the Seven-Minute Free Chicken offer not only undermines the integrity of your policy but also reflects poorly on the customer service at this particular outlet.

Worst KFC Outlet ever. I have eaten from many KFC outlets and from those experience this one was the worst. They don’t provide proper guidance and the behaviour of the staff was worst especially the cashier named Varsha. They were behaving so rude and gave random pieces instead of our order. When asked for bill they were not willing to provide it and also when asked for water they were hesitating to provide. They don’t follow the 7 minute rule of KFC and the fried pieces received were not fresh. They don’t keep stock of soft drinks either in that name they do not provide the combo packs. I don’t understand how they get approval for this franchise. Out of all these the worst thing was my 3 varieties of order were provided in just one box and when asked to separate they gave 2 plates and told to do it...
