Moti Mahal Deluxe — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Moti Mahal is one of the most renowned names in India. I understand it's food court so a fine dine experience isn't possible. But even considering that. What I experienced today was unbelievable. Even a shabby dhaba in india must be more professional.

Staff : extremely unprofessional, keeps money in their pockets, no bill. (We saw more than 1 instances of it) They dont listen to what you want. They said we'll provide you another meal of you were not satisfied, in 5 min. We only waited for our friend and realised they didn't provide it even after 20 min. They had completely forgotten about it. Service : pathetic Quality : not even a 1 star dhaaba like. The veggies are half cooked. Daal was all water no daal. Roti was ok Quantity : so less ... That's unexplainable Appearance and cleanliness : very poor and unhygienic.

Think twice before having...

Bad experience. We have ordered chicken crispy from chinese menu as an starter and that thing doesn't have a single piece of chicken in it. It was super duper crispy and very hard to chew and gulp it. We also complained to the waiters and they added some more sauce in it and reheated it. We also wrote the complaint about it in the page, also known as the review sheet and I asked them that 'when I will get my reply ?' They gave me the conformation that I will get the reply before the next day by some lady working over their and now it more than three days and I didn't get even a single mail ! It disappointed me so much. When we entered the restaurant, it seemed so professional and we went their to had a full course meal but we were not able to finish the starter though ! Hope I will get the reply on...
