Overall impression: Great place, great food, amazing nostalgic music, very courteous female server (I forgot to ask her name unfortunately)

🟢Pros:

🟢A good variety of Vegetarian food, even though it has Non-veg too 🟢The food is very tasty and well flavoured. (I had the iced tea , manchow soup and paneer chilli - photos attached) 🟢 The seating is quite big, and a very casual vibe place to chill with friends and family 🟢 They play amazing music (played flo-rida and Linkin Park while I was there) 🟢 The female staff member was serving me and she was absolutely amazing. I was dining alone so she made sure everything was okay and even timed my food so everything was hot when I recieved it 🟢 Great place if you want your photos clicked 🟢Great place if you want to sit alone and work. I visited around Christmas and it was quite empty, I was able to sit at a corner table and work in peace.

🔴Cons :

🔴 Food is tasty BUT very oily, please ask for less oil specifically 🔴When I visited only 1 other table was taken, so it was a little eerie in the beginning as they didn't switch on all the lights and the ac. When people came in it became more comforting. If it wasn't for that 1 female server, I would've left in the first 10 minutes 🔴Quite expensive.

Overall : Great place to visit if you are in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and want to hang out with friends and family and have some tasty food. Do keep a good amount for cash with you, but otherwise it's amazing. Someone please credit the female...

The worst experience I have ever had . That doesn't know how to handle customer and service is pathetic. I waited for the waiter about 1 hour , they didn't even come to take order . I went to reception desk and told no one came to take our order they told we'll send someone. Then for again half an hour no one came . I again went to the desk and said what happened to the waiter he told sorry we'll send After that no one came for another 15-20 mins and mind you this all happened at night 10 o clock when it's peak time . Then I went to desk again and said I need to talk with the manager but no one replied and I again said I need to speak to manager call him or her now . Then the manager arrived and he told we'll give you service ASAP. I thought now they will do something but I was wrong again . They didn't come to my table for another 15mins. And then I decided to leave this place at 11:30. I left and then manager told we were about to come, I said we came at 10 o clock from that time we are waiting when you can't handle this much of crowd then please don't allow this much crowd. In short it's the most pathetic experience and service is the worst and in the last they didn't even said sorry and let me go as if it is very good thing to let me go hungry from a restaurant. Hate this people to core . Never visit this place if you want...

Mocha is one among the most happening and posh Cafes in Indore. I recently visited Mocha.

They have got two sitting arrangements, firstly outside the cafeteria where smoking is allowed, and secondly inside the cafe which is a non-smoking zone.

The furniture inside the cafe is very uncomfortable and you will need to adjust yourself again and again which is very disappointing and unexpected from Cafés like Mocha. The Staff Behaviour was polite enough.

We tried their Nachos Grande, Margarita Pizza, All American Mac and Cheese, Toblerone Shake, And Lemon Ice Tea which costed us 275, 295, 350, 195, and 110 respectively.

Nachos Grande and Toblerone shake were the best among all of these and I highly recommend you to try these. All American Mac and Cheese and Lemon Ice tea were good to try but were not as much satisfactory as compared to the nachos and shake. Then comes the Margarita Pizza, it tasted the worst among whatever we ordered. The basic taste of Margarita Pizza was missing in the pizza served by MOCHA INDORE . Even after requesting crunchy crust for the Pizza, the management served us that soft crust which I really don't prefer eating and this act of them was disappointing too.
