The toilets are dirty!! No! Dirtiest ! No manners to the staff! The staff is very very rude and untrained! They donтАЩt even know how to talk and deal with customers ! We visited Modak as our out stop for Lunch on the way from Ujjain to Indore after looking up some reviews.
There was almost a bowl of oil floating on the Panner Punjabi which we ordered. We complained but apart from acknowledgement from the main manager - no corrective action or apologies.
The prices are pretty high for the standards too.
The service was slow. And yes - they have a RO filter but don't serve the RO water to customers. It is weird.
