Shri Char Dham Temple — Attraction in Ujjain

The newly build temple is clean and offer glimpse of all four dhams- Puri, Rameswaram, Dwarka, Badrinath.

Ujjain is a city steeped in history and temples here are thousands of years old. In a such an ancient city, the char dham mandir is a fairly new temple with modern construction and concrete idols. This did not attract us having visited other ancient shrines in the city. It can be avoided in case of shortage of time.

This is good place to see if there is time available the replicas of all the 4 important religious places and also an additional Vaishnov Mata temple.Replicas of the char dhams, few jhankis. Does not have any historical significance as a temple . Not a must visit temple when in Ujjain. If there for a day trip, can avoid. If have time at hand, go visit. Char dham mandir is a very beautiful mandir in ujjain, One should visit this temple for a spiritual tour, very close to mahakalehwar baba ji and one can also find buses near this temple which gives an up down trip to omkareshwar and the bus ticket is 320 per head for up-down. In this temple the char dhams of india and hindu, sanatan dharm are displayed and one replication of all the idol of lord vishnu ji is present. Along with the charm dham lord shankarji 12 jyotirling replicas qre also displayed in this temple. The temple covers a lot of land and hence the trip to this temple is a must. Also one can provide donations for gau seva in this temple. This temple has also replicate Mata vaishno devi ji darbar of katra, jammu and contains a gufa and some jhakiyan of satyug, treta yug and dauvapar yug which are quite interesting to watch and the entry fee to the gufa is just 5 rupee per head. I strongly recommend to have a visit at this temple especially in the evenings or after sunset to watch the beauty of this...

Temple is well maintained and opened all days. Blessed that I visited char dham. It gives exclusive view of 4 dhams. The premises also has a beautiful man made cave like structure where u can see many idols depicting hindu mythological stories ... The temple is closed in afternoon so one may check for the timing...
