Probably the best place at 56 dukaan indore to have your food at peaceful environment, usually there is a lot of rush at 56 dukan that's why sometimes it's very hectic to have food there sometimes we don't even get place to sit mostly on weekends but on nema's you will get a proper sitting arrangement just like restuarant or cafe . Food is good in taste I had dry fruit faluda which costed me 170/- quantity was good and faluda was loaded with dry fruits And i had a rasili dahi Puri which costed me 50/- totally waste of money , dahi Puri was the worst Staff is very well trained and educated behaves very kind to the customer. Great food items. Taste is the same as it was 2-3 decades ago. Lots of flavors to choose from. They serve snacks as well now - clearly diversifying.

Basic ambiance of the shop and the whole market. Very crowded on weekends but weekdays also feel bad. Just eat on the move while multiple people bump into you frequently.

Faluda counter is manned by a single person. Long wait time. Congested shop with multiple counters. Not much floor space near the billing counter as well. Felt a bit dingy.

Visited Name Kulfi at 56 shops recently and my family had a gala time trying out the various varieties of kulfis and golas.

There were some unique kulfis like Black Diamond Kulfi, made with activated charcoal Then Jamun kulfi, Sitaphal kulfi, Guava kulfi sprinkled with chilli powder, lychee kulfi.

Tried the Vanigo, where a gola is made with Vanilla ice cream stick in between.

Their falooda was quite loaded with ice cream, kulfi, rabdi, subza , falooda all assembled nicely and made into a delicious dessert.
