Suffa Restaurant — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

I went there today for dinner, I placed an order for both mutton and chicken with rice , mutton was hard , not cooked and chicken smells terrible as if not wash and cooked. I just had a bite with chicken and not able try for second bite even , it smells filthy. Very disappointed , especially for someone who's not from Indore and specially came to visit the restaurant from far . The guy sitting in the counter was not even apolozing at all for the food and just looted my money. Worst restaurant I have ever been to. I believed they don't wash the meat before cooking. 🤢

Please be aware of this scam restaurant 🙏. This restaurant staff scammed me and I have never been to such a restaurant with such worst attandants. When I entered this restaurant , I told the waiters to serve me normal room temperature water bottle but they served me chill water bottle and they had to change the bottle, and I place an order of full plate of rice which the price on their menu was less than 200 . They served me the rice into two different bowls which I wasn't aware why they had to serve 1 plate of rice into 2. And they charged me on my bill as 2 different rice which was more than 200. Then along with it , I ordered chicken dish and mutton dish . When I had the mutton , it was super hard which I wasn't able to tear the meat with my spoon ... So the waiter provided me fork to cut the meat . And while I was eating the mutton, it was super greasy and over oily that I had to drain the oil out first . And I tried the chicken for once and smells.... Soooo terrible that it smells ... It had been not washed or had been frozen over weeks. I was feed a rotten chicken. I told the waiters regarding the same and told them I can no longer continue this food. I asked the waiters to pack my other rice which was not yet consume and give my bill... I collected my packed of rice and left the chicken packed on the table, telling them ...If I can't eat here...how do you expect me to eat at home. But the I had to wait my bill on table which I was not given and had to get up towards counter to pay for for it. They even provided me feedback pamphlet to leave my feedback which I did regarding the same. I paid for the bill amount without going details on my bill paper. And next day when I accidentally saw my bill details .... I realised I was over charged I call up the store and they connected me to their Manager Mr Amit and Mr Alok Mishra. He told me he would resolve my concern and call back and I waited more than 24 hrs . So I had to call him up again nect day , he repeated same thing to call me back but he didn't so I ended up calling him again and he hung up on my call. So i call up the restaurant telling them I want your manager to calle back . He call, then started accusing me and really being rude . He claims that he sent a parcel for me . So I asked him ... What kind of parcel are you talking about Mr Amit? Then he changed his word.... "You took the parcel" (which he means I took the parcel). I asked him again and again ... What parcel are you talking about? I have never received any parcel neither took any parcel except for the package of rice which was not consumed. Then he claims I took the chicken which I clearly left on their table. I told him every of my movements are under your CCTV camera . Do not try forcing me to be rude. Then he started shouting on me claiming my staffs did not do any mistakes and it's all your fault (me) And even more voices came together on the call and started defending themselves together on the call. I had to hang up their phones because they all started attacking me through the call. It was their waiters mistake to not listen to their guests orders and providing wrong orders. It's their managers mistake for not understanding how to handle small thing but turned it unto huge problem It's their restaurant mistake to feed rotten meat to guests . This story won't end here if this is how you treat...

I recently revisited Suffa restaurant, a place I once held in high regard, but unfortunately, my latest experience was far from satisfactory. The quality of the food has notably declined. Dishes that were once bursting with flavor now lack the same zest and depth. It's disheartening to see favorites like the sham kebab, mutton gulnaz and chicken gulista , which used to be rich and well-seasoned, now tasting bland and uninspired.

The presentation, which was previously a highlight, has also taken a hit. The once beautifully plated dishes now arrive at the table looking haphazard and unappealing. This drop in both taste and presentation quality is disappointing for a restaurant that used to set such high standards.

Suffa needs to address these issues promptly to regain its former glory. As a long-time patron, I hope they can make the necessary improvements and return to the exceptional dining experience they...

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food quality was subpar, with dishes being either excessively sweet or overly spicy to the point of causing throat irritation. Upon raising our concerns, we requested that the issue not be repeated. However, within moments, we received another plate with the same problem, leaving us doubtful about how it was prepared so quickly.

We then decided to cancel the order for rotis and requested biryani instead. The staff, however, insisted that we take the rotis since they had already been prepared and reluctantly canceled the biryani order. While we understand their policy regarding prepared food, the way it was communicated to us lacked professionalism and courtesy.
