KFC — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

I recently visited KFC, at Aashima Mall in Bhopal with high hopes of enjoying a delicious meal, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. It is with regret that I must share my disappointment in the unpleasant odor that permeated the restaurant. The smell was so repulsive that it resembled the stench of decomposing matter, which made it almost unbearable to stay inside the establishment. I even found myself on the verge of vomiting and eventually I had to leave.

When I approached the employees to express my concerns about the offensive smell, I was met with disbelief as they claimed to be unable to detect any foul odor. This response was both disheartening and concerning, as it indicated a lack of awareness or acknowledgment of the issue at hand.

Aside from the overwhelming smell, I must admit that the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was also questionable. The dining area appeared untidy, with dirty tables and floors, giving the impression of poor maintenance. This further added to the overall disappointment of my visit.

Went there to dine. I insisted on a bill as I get to claim it from my company. Cashier said no need for a bill as the bill would be digitally sent to my WhatsApp number within 24 hours. Nothing of the sort happened, so I went back to the outlet seeking a resolution. The manager stepped in, said he's raised a ticket and I can expect the bill in the next 24 hours. Nothing happened again, I went back after 48 hours. This time he managed to resolve by giving a re print on an A4 page.

I have visited the place quite a few times. So, I suppose that makes me eligible to comment. These are the major points that covers all the aspects.

Location - KFC is on the 1st floor of Ashima mall and easily accessible from the lift, there's another way from the front of mall. So, location wise it is 5/5.

Hygiene - Very neat and clean. And less crowded as mostly there orders are online.

Staff - Very helping supportive and easy to talk to.

Conclusion - A nice and clean place with good facilities and hygiene. Totally recommended would rate...
