We visited Madurai for a darshan at the Meenakshi Amman Temple. After the darshan, it was lunchtime, and we started looking for vegetarian meal options. We came to know about a place called "Amman Hotel," and the main reason we chose it was because the hotel is owned by a actor Suri or elative of actor Soori.

We went there and had vegetarian meals. The food tasted good, but we had slightly higher expectations. The management might consider collecting regular feedback to further improve the quality, as there is definitely scope for enhancement.

One suggestion: I did not check whether they had limited meal options. We received a full meal served on a banana leaf for INR 140, which was unexpected and worth the price. However, having limited meal options for children and elderly people could be more suitable and satisfying for those with smaller appetites.

The service team was polite, timely, and efficient—really nice people.

Worst Staff Behaviour, Worst Service Quality. Ordered 2 Juices, they wont provide Digital Payment Option for Juice Section. . . Treating Customers who are buying below 200 Indian Rupees, like poor and refusing to serve them and they were stating that "Nee Vangura kaasuku Ivalo than Varum" {for asking chutney for 2 idly parcel} . . After getting famous their Behavior is very worst for customers. . . they need only customers who are rich and spending in thousands. . . This is an new behaviour practicing from past 3 months. . . Insulting customers based on their spendings. . . Serviced offered (Digital Payment Mode) before past 5 months were not offered now, but till they provide it for consumers spending more than 200 Rupees.. . .
