I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience with your service. As a loyal customer, my entire family regularly orders from Aroma, and we have always enjoyed the biryani. However, my latest order (Order ID: 155692589) has completely shattered the trust I had in your restaurant.

I ordered a boneless chicken biryani, but to my surprise, what I received was plain rice with a single egg. This is not what I ordered, and certainly not what I expected from a brand we’ve trusted for so long.

I waited patiently for 45 minutes for my delivery, hoping to enjoy the meal I’ve always loved. However, upon receiving the incorrect order, I attempted to contact your team for clarification. I called and was greeted with disconnection after disconnection. I finally managed to speak with someone who took down my order ID but did not offer any resolution. I was then told to reorder, but when I checked, the delivery option showed as closed.

Frustrated, I called again and I finally spoke with someone who admitted that there had been a mistake in delivering the wrong product. However, when I asked for a resolution, I was told that, due to the Sunday rush, they could not pick up the incorrect order for exchange. I was promised a full refund, but nothing has been processed thus far. I even uploaded photos of the incorrect order on the "MagicPin" platform, but again, there has been no follow-up, no refund, and no offer to resolve the issue.

This entire experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and it’s left me feeling utterly disillusioned with your service. I never imagined that I would face such poor customer service, especially after years of loyalty. The lack of action, coupled with the disconnections and broken promises, has been extremely disappointing.

TL;DR: Food was average (3/5), but the staff’s rude and unprofessional behavior completely ruined the experience. Poor service, lack of courtesy, and careless attitude, not recommended unless management improves.

Recently visited Aroma's Hyderabad Biryani and tried their Special Kaju Biryani. Taste-wise, it was just average I would rate it around 3/5, nothing extraordinary.

What really spoiled the experience, however, was the service and staff behavior. The serving person was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite asking 2–3 times, he did not bring the raita. When serving the biryani, only 4 out of 9 people at our table were served properly, while the rest were given mostly plain rice. On questioning, his response was that we “should have ordered more” which made no sense because we had already ordered a Jumbo and Family Biryani, more than enough for 12–15 people.

Additionally, when we requested water and onions, his attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. Hospitality and customer care were completely missing here, which is very disappointing for a restaurant that serves such a popular dish.
