Balaji Pure Veg — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I recently visited this Restaurant and I'd like to share my thoughts on the overall experience:

Food (3/5): The food was decent, but it didn't quite reach the level of excellence I expected. While some dishes were enjoyable, others left me wanting more in terms of flavor and creativity.

Service (3/5): The service was satisfactory, with the staff being polite and attentive. However, there were moments when it felt a bit slow, and a little more efficiency in handling orders and requests would have enhanced the overall dining experience.

Ambiance (3/5): The ambiance of the restaurant was average. The decor and atmosphere were pleasant, but it didn't stand out as particularly memorable. Some attention to detail in creating a more distinctive setting could elevate the overall feel of the place.

In conclusion, they provide a reasonable dining experience, but there is room for improvement, especially in terms of food creativity and the overall ambiance. I would consider revisiting in the hope of seeing...

Food is ok not so out of the box. Manager is pathetic having no manners of speaking with customer. Waiters if you even ask for simple water will produce bisleri. Even after telling they would again come up with bisleri and when asked for simple water they take so much time to serve. These are minute but very important things. Customer is paying and should be treated rightly. *Manager himself should learn to speak softly. *Waiter should learn to give what customer asked for and not what they are convenient with. The amount of ego that manager has I wish that amount of food taste they give. Also pricing is too much as compared to quality and quantity. Too many good options available...

Literally hated this restaurant... though the food is okay but their customer service may bother you a lot. WARNING - don't even try to order soup there, I don't know what they do with their soups, just mix some random things,boil it and serve it and also they charge high for that. I'll share my experience from you guys so that you may alert... I ordered tomato soup which was hell bad and smelling like a detergent, I complained it to the waiter in spite of helping me they tried to overtake me. The situation became bad but I was forced to pay the bill for that bad soup.... I pledged to never go there again in my life ... because whole staff did...
