SWAD KITCHEN VEG & NON VEG FAMILY RESTURANT — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I just visited this restaurant, I ordered Chicken Lolipop with gravy, Chiken Kolhapuri and Roti. Chicken Kolhapuri is tasteless and 𝗶 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘃𝘆 when we told about it to the waiter he called owner/manager of the restaurant and he only said that the piece of plastic could be of plastic containers which are they using for packing the food and just said I'll check it & he went from there that's it. It's risky cause I got that plastic piece in my mouth while eating. When I got that plastic piece in my mouth I just stopped eating. It's so Scary for me. Service is also not that good , when we tried to give food order to one waiter/person(staff) he just went to another table without listening and we have to call another waiter/person(staff). And quantity of food is also less according to price / less than...

Good Spicy Food with Some Room for Improvement

We recently dined here and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The food was exactly as we hoped—spicy and flavorful! 🌶️ We ordered the Paneer Crispy, Veg Maratha, and some Naan. The Butter Naan, in particular, was a great value for money, soft and buttery, just as it should be. 🧈

The ambience was decent, though nothing extraordinary—just okay. 🍽️

The only downside was the service, which was a bit on the slower side. 🕒 While we weren’t in a rush, it would have been nice to have a quicker turnaround on the dishes. That being said, a little improvement in the service would elevate the experience considerably.

Swad!!!! Swad is amazing!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would, not only is the food impeccable but the service and hospitality is top notch. The staff are so attentive and detail oriented, making it a truly one of a Best experience. This please is absolutely incredible, there service, Food, Atmosphere all perfect!!! They have made a good change in the take away parcel , first it was in foil containers now it is in nice plastic container, no more leakage or oil staind all over the bag and clothes Definitely one of the best changes and good quantity of food!!
