Worst ever experience

I recently visited this well-known restaurant (as per Google review) in Pune that has good reviews on Google, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a chicken dish, and to my shock, the chicken was undercooked, with blood visible in the pieces. Despite pointing this out to the waiter, he initially refused to accept it. Later, I found another piece with blood, and only then did he admit the issue.

The manager replaced the dish, but his attitude was unacceptable. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, he made us feel as if he was doing us a favor by exchanging the dish.

While the ambiance of the restaurant is good, the quality of food and the behavior of the staff are far from satisfactory. This place feels overhyped and overrated. If you’re looking for good food, I suggest visiting smaller or medium-sized hotels that prioritize quality over showmanship. This restaurant seems to rely more on its fancy appearance than on providing proper food and service. I was taking pictures of chicken blood piece but suddenly waiter came and removed dish. Then I called him and said I want to take a picture of this but he ignored it and took a dish far from our table.

Don't even deserve one star for food.

Had dinner here, I ordered peri peri chicken pizza and Schezwan rice. But unfortunately the manager didn't get the order and bought chicken peri peri starters and I have to reorder it again. Then I asked waiter for dry noodles that a roadside vendor, but these people said that if you order triple rice then we can serve you dry noodles , which was again disappointing. Finally after a long wait my pizza came and guess what that was not peri peri chicken it was chicken tikka pizza because as per their manager they don't serve chicken in peri form. I even agreed to that but when I tasted it , it was tasteless as if they made it in hurry and served us.I had just a piece decided to pack the remaining pizza home and here comes another blunder...the waiter packet the pizza in a plastic bag by separating all its stuffing and bread. I asked him to pack it in a box or a container, but he refused as he said they will charge me extra for a container. I mean what is this kind of behaviour , I wanted to eat in this restaurant from so long and the first experience was so horrible and disappointing that I would never recommend anyone to visit here.
