Cafe Durga, Dange Chowk — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Cafe Durga at Dange Chowk may impress you initially with its beautiful ambience, but unfortunately, the experience doesn't sustain when it comes to the food. We tried their dosa and uttapam, but both items were very average in taste. The self-service system they have in place, where they claim your bill number will be displayed on a screen, was not functional during our visit. Instead, the cooks were calling out customers' names once their orders were ready. We also ordered tea, expecting it to be a basic item readily available at any place, but even for that, they took an extra 15-20 minutes, mentioning a sudden surge in orders as the reason for the delay.

Disappointing Experience at Durga Cafe, Wakad

I recently visited Durga Cafe in Wakad with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by their unfair pricing.

I ordered a cool drink that was listed at ₹15, but to my surprise, they charged an additional ₹5 for "cooling"! This took the total price to ₹20, which is unacceptable.

When I questioned the extra charge, the worker claimed that the "company doesn't provide cooled products, so they have to cool the drinks themselves." This excuse sounds like a poor attempt to justify their price gouging.

The location and ambiance were decent, but the unfair pricing and lack of transparency left...

Not as good as other Durga... disappointed... As owner asked giving the reason as Unable to reply his comment...

Had a worst cold coffee among all the Durga cafe I have ever visited. Saw only Durga cafe which doesnt add chocolate syrup in coffee, when asked about it, staff says we don't add it. May be its your way of preparation but trust me addition of it will improve quality. 3.Most imp things, Please take the reviews positively as we are a customers not the competitor.
