Poor Hygiene, Low Quality

I had a disappointing experience at this fast food outlet located in a busy area with no competition nearby. The quality of the food was below average, and they did not adhere to basic hygiene protocols. The staff appeared sweaty, wore dirty t-shirts, and had unclean hands. The tables were sticky and oily, making it uncomfortable to dine there. The lady owner was constantly shouting at the staff, which was quite disturbing while trying to enjoy a meal. We took parcel and ate some dishes. They are really looting when it comes to parcel. Chaos in outlet everywhere even it was empty. Taste wise it was fair. They took money of dishes and didn't gave it in parcel, we didn't checked whether they gave it or not that was mistake by us. Also in parcel of panipuri they didn't gave onion and whole dish of one bhel was missing. There was no cleaning at all on tables. Owner was yelling and screaming on workers.
